Business terms

These terms apply to food businesses that sell through Voomi Food. They are in addition to the general terms and conditions.

Who can sell

Food businesses whose owner is over 18 and can verify their identity with an ID card (cédula) and a selfie. We review every application before the business is published.

Plan Voomi

One plan: $9.99 per month, with the first month free for new businesses. It includes the business dashboard, the menu, the order alarm, table QR codes and statistics. [Renewal, price change and cancellation terms to be defined with legal advice.]

Payments

Customers pay the business directly through the methods the business enables: Pago Móvil, Binance Pay, bank transfer or cash. Voomi does not hold the money from your sales. Each payment reference can only be used once, and you must confirm the payment before preparing the order.

Menu, prices and availability

You are responsible for your menu, your dollar prices, your photos and your hours being accurate. Mark items as sold out when you do not have them to avoid cancellations.

Orders and quality

You accept or reject each order using the alarm countdown. You must prepare what the customer ordered, with the hygiene and quality required by law, and hand it to the rider on time.

Reviews and reports

Only customers with an order delivered with a PIN can leave reviews. You may not ask for, buy or delete reviews. If a customer reports a problem, we review the case with both parties.

Suspension

We may suspend a business for fraud, fake payment references, false data in verification, or repeated breach of these terms.
