Privacy policy

What data we collect

Name, phone number, delivery addresses, order history and payment references. If you sell: owner's data, venue location, photo of your ID card (cédula) and a selfie to verify your identity. With your permission, the phone's location to show you nearby venues and fill in your address.

What we use it for

To create your account, process orders, verify payments, prevent fraud, send you order notices and improve the app. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

With the business and the rider of your order, only what is needed to deliver it (name, address, phone). Also with providers that host and protect the service, such as Supabase and Cloudflare, which act on our behalf.

ID card (cédula) and selfie

They are used only to verify the business owner. They are stored encrypted, with restricted access, and are not shown to customers or other businesses.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. When you delete it, we delete your personal data. Past orders are kept without your name for accounting obligations. [Exact periods to be defined with legal advice.]

You can view, correct and delete your data from the app, or request it through the contact channels on this page.

Measurement and advertising on this website

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure visits and evaluate ads. Without your consent, none of these tools is loaded. You can change your decision at any time from “Cookie preferences”. See the cookie policy for the full list.

Web forms

If you write to us or leave your details to sell with us, we use your name, contact and message only to reply and evaluate your application.
