About us

Voomi Food is a platform that connects customers with food businesses and with Voomi Rider riders. Voomi does not cook or sell the dishes: each business is responsible for what it offers.

Your account

You need your own phone number and to be over 18. One Voomi account works for Voomi Food and Voomi Rider. You are responsible for what is done with your account.

Orders and prices

Prices are published in dollars and also shown in bolívares at the day's rate. The total you see before paying includes delivery. A business may reject or cancel an order if it does not have the ingredients.

Payments

We accept the payment methods each business enables: Pago Móvil, Binance Pay, bank transfer and cash. Payment goes directly to the business. Each payment reference can only be used once; if it is repeated, the order is rejected.

Delivery and PIN

When you receive your order you must give the rider your 4-digit PIN. With the PIN, the order changes to “delivered”.

Reviews

You can only rate an order that was delivered to you. Fake or offensive reviews, or reviews that reveal other people's personal data, are not allowed.

What is not allowed

Using repeated or fake payment references, creating accounts to deceive, harassing riders or businesses, or trying to bypass verification. We may pause or block accounts; you can appeal the decision from the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is important, we will notify you in the app before it applies.
