Refunds and cancellations

If the business cancels

If the business rejects or cancels your order, it returns the full payment through the same method you paid with.

If your order arrived wrong

Report the problem from My orders with a photo. We review the case and, if applicable, the total or the affected part is refunded.

If you cancel

You can cancel while the business has not started preparing it. After that, the order is no longer refunded, unless there is a verifiable problem.

Timeframes

Responses to reports are given within up to 48 hours. [Refund timeframes for each payment method to be defined.]
