Delete account and data

From the app

Go to Profile > Delete my account, tick the confirmation box and tap “Delete permanently”.

If you no longer have the app, write to the support email from the phone number of your account and ask for deletion. [Support email to be defined.] We verify it is you and delete your data.

What is deleted

Name, phone, photos, addresses and, if you sold, your ID card (cédula) and selfie. Your session in Voomi Food and Voomi Rider is closed.

What is kept

Past orders are kept without your name, for accounting obligations. Your reviews are kept without your name.
